Phil is the company director at Edge (Hair@twentythreeltd) he established the company in 2015 after having established his business in the town way back in 1999!!

Previously he was from London and trained with the prestigous Ginger Group in Brompton Road Knightsbridge where he gained experience in high fashion magazine work as well as leading several teams in the notorious "London Fashion Show" for several years.

 His career took him to the leading alternative hair salon "Antenna" Kensington which was renowned for its progressive radical hairstyling of the mid eighties introducing hair extensions ie.Monofibre which now has lead to extensions being a very familiar hair service.

On  a daily basis he focuses upon a very personal professional service and endeavours to deliver haircuts and colours promoting personal indivuality that suits his clientelle and their lifestyles-His favourite qoute "Give a man a job he loves and he never has to work again" "thats me" he says
